Greater Summit is all about connecting: with God and with each other. The retreat provides an opportunity for youth to connect with each other while nurturing an active spiritual life through Bible-study and prayer.
The Greater Summit is designed to emphasize the development of your personal identity and purpose — rooted and grounded in Jesus, with a basis in prayer and a message that moves in the spirit of confidence. Over the course of the weekend, we will pray together, explore the scripture together, recharge together, and have fun together. Our hope is that your experience at Greater Summit will inspire confidence, encourage learning, and establish or re-establish your connection with Jesus Christ. While experiencing Jesus together, we hope you understand you have Freedom in Jesus on a deeper level than ever before!
Group Leaders, please note that you are responsible for providing complete and accurate information for each of your students (allergies, parent contact info, etc.). Once you have registered your group, you can find a parent waiver in the sponsor info on our website that must be completed for each student and turned into the RMC Youth Department at event check in via paper copy.
You are responsible for the supervision and care of your students. Please make sure that you have the proper ratios of sponsor to students based on gender. One sponsor per up to 10 students for each gender.
Lodging will be assigned based on group size and registration numbers, with lodge room priority given to early registrations, either cabin (sleeps 10-12) or lodge room (sleeps 4 with two queen beds, or one queen and a twin bunk). Housing assignments are solely at the discretion of the housing manager.
