Women and Teens...Come and experience a Colorado spiritual high on the mountain top at Glacier View Ranch!

Teen Women, ages 13-17, are invited to join the RMC Women's Ministries Retreat for a very special weekend of their own! Separate meetings, activities, speakers, music, and special events are planned by our three Youth Leaders: Jessyka Dooley, Director, with Co-Leaders and Activity Directors: Vanessa Alarcon and Brooke Melendez.

Teen Theme:  "Being God's Wonder Woman" will focus on what teens face as they grow into the woman God wants them to be -- confident and successful in life wearing His armor -- based on Ephesians 6.  Come and learn the difference between what the world's view of the perfect woman is versus how God views you with His armor on.

*Teens (13-17) must be accompanied by their mother, or a parent approved guardian figure.  Students from Campion Academy will need signed parental permissions to come with a CA chaperone for each group of four girls.

Several professional counselors will be available for both women and teens during the retreat weekend.

Breakout Sessions

  • Jill Anderson:  "Totally Titus Two Women" -- This is a walk-through portion scripture that shows us how we've been called, blessed and equipped. She will talk about how we've been led by women of God in the past, and what our responsibilities are to lead women to our God-given future.

  • Alicia Patterson:  "Fearless Females:  Finding Courage in a Fearful World" -- This seminar explores the interplay of courage and fear. Satan is a liar and fearmongerer and we live in a fear-filled world. But God wants His daughters to have peace. How do we keep fear from winning?  How do we keep faith over fear?

Special Workshops and Presentations

  • Mary Phillips:  "Seeing Yourself as God Sees You" -- Do you suffer with thinking you are not good enough? Does God love you? How can you learn to see yourself through His eyes?  Come discover what a healthy mind, a healthy body, and a healthy relationship with God can do for you!!

  • Dick Stenbakken:  "Armor of God" -- This Saturday evening "Show and Tell" highlights the armor of God as it was in Bible times. He describes and displays the Ephesians 6 whole-body Armor of God. These powerful visuals reveal the protection we have when we are clothed with God's armor. We can effectively fight our battles God's way when we put on His armor.
